An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician to join a brand-new independent garage opening in Harrow.

The Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles, including carrying out more complex diagnostic and electrical work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
• Electrical and electronic diagnosis
• Servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Investigating complex mechanical faults
• Using modern diagnostic equipment
• Working across a variety of makes and models
• Supporting other technicians where required
• Ensuring work is completed to a high professional standard

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced technician who is confident working independently and diagnosing more complicated vehicle faults.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician, Senior Technician or Master Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Experience working on a variety of vehicle manufacturers
• Level 3 Automotive qualification or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional and positive attitude

Experience working within either a franchised main dealer or established independent garage would be welcomed.

Salary & Benefits

£47,000 – £52,000 basic salary depending on experience
