The Role
As New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the department and setting the standard for performance and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing New Car Sales team
- Driving sales volume, profitability, and achievement of all key KPIs
- Managing vehicle stock, pricing strategies, and compliance with manufacturer standards
- Ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Working closely with senior management to support and deliver ongoing business growth
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager, or strong experience as a Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive ready to step up
- A natural leadership style with excellent coaching and motivational skills
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- A genuine commitment to delivering first-class customer service
- A full UK driving licence
