Basic Salary £40,00 £75,000 OTE

Our client, a well-established and busy dealership in West London, is looking to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join their successful sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers outstanding results.

The Role

• Selling used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Achieving and exceeding monthly volume, finance, and customer satisfaction targets
• Managing enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintaining accurate sales administration and CRM records

About You

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in an automotive sales role (essential)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales volume and customer satisfaction targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional, driven, and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
