We are recruiting for an ambitious Used Car Sales Manager to join a dynamic dealership representing a Chinese manufacturer that has already captured a significant share of the UK market in its first year. The Role

As Used Car Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and profitability of the used car department. Your role will include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Used Car Sales team to consistently exceed targets
  • Driving used vehicle sales volume, margin, and stock turn
  • Managing vehicle sourcing, appraisal, pricing strategy, and preparation standards
  • Ensuring all vehicles are retail-ready and compliant with group and brand standards
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to handover
  • Monitoring KPIs, forecasting performance, and implementing strategies to maximise results
  • Working closely with senior management to support the dealership’s growth strategy

About You

We are looking for a confident and hands-on sales leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment:

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager within a franchised or high-volume dealer environment
  • Strong understanding of used car stock management, pricing, and digital retail platforms
  • A natural leader with excellent coaching and people development skills
  • Highly commercial, target-driven, and analytical in your approach
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Full UK driving licence required
